Wendy by far has the best burgers and fries and was surprised with chicken nuggets were delicious Boones Creek Road one of the best around.

Their breakfast is amazing!

Nice place, good workers, and clean.

Good chilly, good Burger and of course the Frosty.

The food is great when they can get your order right. I wish they would change their sandwiches to be without cheese. I've never seen a harder place to ensure cheese is not added than Wendy's.

I've had nothing but bad experiences eating fast food lately... This was far from one of them. Very fast, friendly and very respectful service the whole visit. Bonus, my fries were hot and delicious, not gross carboard like the rest of these places in Boones Creek do things.

The service/accuracy at this location is hit or miss. However the Wendy's on Peoples St. (Exit 19) is consistently good so I would recommend going there instead.Asked for a large fry. Paid for a large fry. Got a small fry. Feel ripped off.

I only went thru the drive thru but these guys had an excellent attitude. The fact that they were so cheery made us smile.

My personal experience was great with the newly remodeled cyber cafe feel.

Wendy's what can you say for a fast food restaurant It is definitely one of the good ones however It is also a little pricey they do have a value menu and to be honest I believe it's the best value menu of any out there as far as everything else it's a good restaurant for fast food If I had an option that would be it.

I ordered the new bacon and jalapeno burger. Don't waste your money on this burger very poor quality.

The Frosty is good. Server was friendly.

The salad I got was very tasty. It was the one that has avocado's in it. Also the staff was super pleasant and they were nice to my mom. I would come back here for more Wendy's if the mood struck.

The food was good. The restaurant was clean in all appearances. The atmosphere was comfortable. The employees were nice. Unfortunately, they were very disorganized in putting out the food. I practically had to chase my food down. Would I go here again? Yes... even with the glitches.

Well alot has changed my husband and I have been going there for a while we would love seeing the special needs working and the Christian music and the people but now we don't see the African American manager that worked there but alot is different nit sure if we will going back

Not only does this place screw up your order but they point out your insecurities and laugh at you trying to make it a joke. How rude. I’ve been sick and lost my hair. I’m not to thrilled and have lost a part of me with this sickness. whoever was at the window laughing at me saying my foreheads “commando” just know you really hurt my feelings and you had no room to make fun of someone not knowing anything about their situation. I couldn’t eat the food. I just cried. I will never go to Wendy’s again. To show my face after how I was laughed at. No screw that! Never have I felt so awful in my life. Can’t stop crying

Food was cold. Worker wasn't wearing gloves scratching his greasy head and making my food. My guacamole was slimy in my salad. Absolutley worst experience ever

The Wendy's in johnson city is great they always have juicy and hot burgers.

Good food slow service in the drive thru

Whoever worked the drive-thru today at 2:50 was amazing. This guy had the best personality. He had me laughing even after I left. Great employees = a happy returning customer! He deserves a raise!

Ordered my burger with ONLY mayo and lettuce. Evidently I need to say no onion, no pickle, no tomatoes, no cheese. After I get home isn't when I want to find out that only doesn't mean the same to me as it does them. Long day I just wanted to eat. Now I have a burger with junk I didn't want and no energy to return it. I'm very DISAPPOINTED

Only had four cockroaches in my food

Easy to get to from the interstate, usually pretty fast and most of the time the order has been correct. If there is a problem, they fix it quickly so I have never been dissatisfied with the food or service. If you order chicken, you may have to wait a minute or 2. It seems like they may cook chicken when ordered.

Its ok small...feels like it struggles

Wait was a little long for mid-afternoon but everything was good for a Wendy's.

Our order was made perfectly and it was hot and fresh. It took a bit longer than expected since there was only one car ahead of us, but it was fine. Went into to use the restroom which was clean. Noticed they had Christian music playing which was nice. Drive thru employees were nice and helpful. Good place to stop if you need a fast food restaurant off the highway.

Food is always good, staff is always friendly. I wish their parking lot was bigger, it's hard to get my truck in and out if the parking lot and drive thru is full. There has been a couple times I kept driving because I knew I couldn't get in.

The employees were great, nice and courteous but most importantly they got the order correct.

The 5 dollar bag is a great option

Stay at this exit frequently. Been burned at this location several times. Food was cold and or old. As a chain the food is way overpriced for the size and quality you get. Needs some quality control.
